Susan brings over 25 years of property management-specific accounting experience. She served as President for the National Affordable Yardi User Group (NAYUG) and is a nationally Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Her many strengths include budgeting, reforecasting, refinancing, raising equity, monitoring cash flow projections and benchmarking financial conditions and scenarios.

Susan is a strong leader who embraces change by identifying key initiatives that drive strategic growth and financial strength for our companies and our clients.
