Russ Endres, CEO + President

Russ Endres was the impetus behind the 1988 founding of FGS The Restoration Company. He started with FGS’ parent company, Wisconsin Management Company, in 1979, became Vice President and General Manager in 1982 and has served as President since 1992. He also created WMC’s federally assisted housing division in 1994. He’s a founding principal of WMC Realty Advisors and a board member of the Wisconsin Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin, and he owns or is part-owner of more than 40 properties.

Chuck Osborne, General Manager

Chuck Osborne joined FGS in August 2017 as General Manager.  His background includes 20 + years in the construction and project management fields as well as 10 years in the restoration industry. He is certified in water, fire and mold remediation and is a Level 3 Xactimate user. 

Denny McCain, Senior Estimator

Denny McCain started with WMC in the maintenance department in 1984, he joined FGS in 1989 and he was named Senior Estimator in 2015 after serving as Production Manager. He’s a certified restoration technician with the National Institute of Fire Restoration and a certified water restoration technician with the IICRC. He’s certified to handle lead paint, in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards, and he also holds a Xactimate mastery certificate.

Bonnie Bartnick, Controller

Bonnie Bartnick joined WMC and FGS in 2013, having previously worked for HOMZ Management Corporation in Madison and most recently for American Girl, where she analyzed and reported on a $57 million global IT project. She oversees the financial management and IT reporting systems of both companies, and she leads efforts to reduce paper and complexity, improve property budgeting processes, manage corporate cash flows and streamline reporting for clients.

Andy Chitwood, Project Manager

Andy Chitwood joined FGS in 2014, with 15 years of experience in the structural precast concrete industry in sales and project management. He began his career as a carpenter’s apprentice, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in construction administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has overseen extensive remodeling projects and the construction of single-family and multifamily subdivisions in northern Illinois.

Andi Simmons, Business Development

Andi joined WMC in early 2014. She has been in the real estate business since 1985 when she began as a leasing consultant at a large rental community in Madison. Andi has worn many hats over the years. She is skilled in the areas of apartment property management, development of older adult housing and assisted living, condominium conversion and management. Andi’s specialties include marketing, resident and staff retention, training of leasing, property managers and sales staff. She is an enthusiastic professional, teacher and mentor; customers and staff delight in working with her. Andi has been an IREM Accredited Residential Manager since 1991 and a Realtor and licensed Broker since 1986.

Kayla Argall, Human Resources Manager
WMC & FGS welcomed Kayla Argall to the Human Resources team in 2012. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. Kayla leads the human resources function for Wisconsin Management Company and FGS and provides strategic guidance on employee relations, compensation structures, leadership development and workforce planning. Kayla has focused on a positive company culture while working to enhance the company’s compensation and benefits as well as the recruiting and on-boarding process in order to attract and retain quality employees. WMC & FGS are committed to leveraging Kayla’s passion for organizational and leadership development in order to facilitate growth for its current and future employees.
