Russ Endres, CEO + President

Russ Endres was the impetus behind the 1988 founding of FGS The Restoration Company. He started with FGS’ parent company, Wisconsin Management Company, in 1979, became Vice President and General Manager in 1982 and has served as President since 1992. He also created WMC’s federally assisted housing division in 1994. He’s a founding principal of WMC Realty Advisors and a board member of the Wisconsin Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin, and he owns or is part-owner of more than 40 properties. 

Susan Stepka, CFO

Susan joined WMC and FGS as Chief Financial Officer in February 2018, bringing over 25 years of property management-specific accounting experience. She served as President for the National Affordable Yardi User Group (NAYUG) and is a nationally Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Her many strengths include budgeting, reforecasting, refinancing, raising equity, monitoring cash flow projections and benchmarking financial conditions and scenarios. Susan is a strong leader who embraces change by identifying key initiatives that drive strategic growth and financial strength for our companies and our clients.

Chuck Osborne, General Manager

FGS first welcomed Chuck in August 2017 to his role in the company as General Manager.  Chuck started as a journeyman carpenter and worked his way up several years later to owning his own construction company in Illinois.  Now with 20+ years in the construction and project management fields as well as 10 years of management experience in the restoration industry, he is well positioned in his leadership role. Chuck is an organized and experienced project manager, overseeing multiple jobs and crews at a time, working with insurance companies and customers to efficiently complete work, teaching and training his team, providing results on-time and within budget.   He is certified in water, fire and mold remediation and is a Level 3 Xactimate user.  

Andi Simmons, Business Development

Andi joined FGS in 2016 as Director of Business Development, supervising a team of Business Development Specialists. Andi specializes in Property Management and has well-established contacts in the industry, feeding the property pipeline of FGS. Her strengths include sales and marketing, event planning and customer service. Andi is particularly skilled in staff training and as a leader consistently emphasizes our key strategic drivers of positive attitude and accountability. She enjoys helping customers and creating value for them. She is a licensed Broker and active IREM ARM in Madison.

Kayla Dapp, Human Resources Manager
WMC & FGS welcomed Kayla Argall to the Human Resources team in 2012. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. Kayla leads the human resources function for Wisconsin Management Company and FGS and provides strategic guidance on employee relations, compensation structures, leadership development and workforce planning. Kayla has focused on a positive company culture while working to enhance the company’s compensation and benefits as well as the recruiting and onboarding process in order to attract and retain quality employees. WMC & FGS are committed to leveraging Kayla’s passion for organizational and leadership development in order to facilitate growth for its current and future employees.

Denny McCain, Senior Estimator

Denny McCain started with WMC in the maintenance department in 1984, he joined FGS in 1989 and he was named Senior Estimator in 2015 after serving as Production Manager. He’s a certified restoration technician with the National Institute of Fire Restoration and a certified water restoration technician with the IICRC. He’s certified to handle lead paint, in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards, and he also holds a Xactimate mastery certificate.

Taylor Strehle, Project Coordinator

Taylor joined FGS in June 2017 as an LTE for a large DCHA project. After the completion of the project, he accepted a full-time position as Project Coordinator. Before joining FGS, Taylor was an Operations Manager for a moving company in Omaha, Nebraska and then in Madison, WI. His management experience and organizational skills are a great fit in our in our restoration/reconstruction industry.

Jay Wilcox, Estimator/Project Manager

Jay Wilcox joined Wisconsin Management Company in January 2016 as a Maintenance Technician. Before joining the WMC Team, Jay worked as a Maintenance Technician throughout the Madison Area on a variety of challenging properties. In October 2016, he accepted a promotion as an Estimator/Project Manager for the FGS. 

Jay came to Madison from the Seattle area in April 2013. Prior to relocating, he was an Estimator and Project Manager in a variety of construction settings. These included new commercial construction and retrofit, utilities, infrastructure construction, railroad emergency response and construction, and small to large scale earthmoving projects.

Jason Anderson, Project Manager

Jason has been with the company since November 2015 as a Maintenance Technician and transitioned to a Carpenter position shortly thereafter. Jason
has more than 20 years experience in the maintenance and construction industries, most notably in the Foreman positions with home builders. Recently, Jason acted as the Lead for the restoration of a large apartment complex that was destroyed by fire and has demonstrated his leadership ability and extensive job knowledge.

Jennie Matthews, Marketing and Promotions Specialist

Jennie is a seasoned marketing professional overseeing all aspects of marketing at Wisconsin Management Company, Inc. and FGS The Restoration Company. Jennie has a bachelor’s degree in  Public Administration and has worked as a digital marketing specialist with a large heavy equipment dealership as well as at an advertising agency. Her previous work experience also includes six years of property management for a large apartment community in Middleton. With over 20 years experience focusing on developing connections between customers and a company’s brand, Jennie’s varied work history is an ideal fit both our companies.

Amy Davis, Business Development Specialist

Amy Davis joined FGS as a Business Development Specialist in May 2018, bringing over 13 years of property management and business development experience. Managing residential and commercial properties has given her to tools to handle any type of disaster with compassion and in a timely manner. Amy is a self-motivated and dedicated marketing and sales professional who is a great fit for our company.

Tami Newman, Business Development Specialist

Tami Newman joined FGS as a Business Development Specialist in May 2018. She brings with her an extensive background in sales and marketing spanning a widely diverse mix of industries and uses this knowledge to identify ways to connect and promote our core business strategies. Tami is passionate about providing stellar customer service and developing client relationships. Her varied industry knowledge and networking experience make her well-suited for this role.

Carissa Riske, Administrative Assistant

Carissa joined FGS in June 2018 as the Administrative Assistant. Bringing with her, 10 plus years as an Office Manager, She has spent time working in both the construction and landscape construction fields, gaining extensive knowledge along the way. Her working knowledge of the industry, dedication and strong work ethic make her a perfect addition to the FGS team.
